Citigroup (C)

Purchase Price and Date for Model: $62.92; 01/21/2022

Dividend: 3.18%; $2.04

Analyst (12 Month Price Target): $77.16 or about a 26% total return

Who is Citigroup: Citigroup Inc., a diversified financial service holding company, provides various financial products and services to consumers, corporations, governments, and institutions in North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Why do we own Citigroup: A strong economy, higher inflation, and potentially higher rates are all positives for the banking sector and should propel results even higher. Citigroup also has a solid dividend exceeding the market median.

The Clorox Company (CLX)

Purchase Price and Date for Model: $178.20; 01/21/2022

Dividend: 2.66%; $4.64

Analyst (12 Month Price Target): $185.00 or about a 6% total return

Who is The Clorox Company: The Clorox Company manufactures and markets consumer and professional products worldwide. It operates through four segments: Health and Wellness, Household, Lifestyle, and International.

Why do we own The Clorox Company: With the rising globalization of travel and corresponding illnesses, like Covid-19, it could bolster demand for disinfectant offerings over the near to medium term, aiding in cleaning sales which is nearly 40% of Clorox’s total base. The Clorox company has a stronger dividend yield in comparison to the market median, along with a very low beta which helps minimize volatility.

ConocoPhillips (COP)

Purchase Price and Date for Model: $82.63; 01/21/2022

Dividend: 1.74%; $1.52

Analyst (12 Month Price Target): $95.06 or about a 17% total return

Who is ConocoPhillips: ConocoPhillips explores for, produces, transports, and markets crude oil, bitumen, natural gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG), and natural gas liquids worldwide

Why do we own ConocoPhillips: With travel increasing and crude oil continuing to rise, we feel the energy sector is a safe spot to be in through 2022. ConocoPhillips has also reduced its capital requirements so it can maintain its production and pay its dividend at less than $40/barrel oil.

Chevron Corporation (CVX)

Purchase Price and Date for Model: $126.67; 01/21/2022

Dividend: 4.04%; $5.36

Analyst (12 Month Price Target): $141.21 or about a 15% total return

Who is Chevron Corporation: Chevron Corporation, through its subsidiaries, engages in integrated energy, chemicals, and petroleum operations worldwide.

Why do we own Chevron Corporation: Chevron has a solid dividend and with the continued rise in crude oil, Chevron is a solid value play in our portfolio. Their free cash flow is expected to accelerate beyond 2021 as capital spending remains capped.
